Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and ArborTech ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

Messaging Consent

You agree to receive informational and marketing messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Arbor Tech. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at arbortechs@gmail.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Services

We provide tree care and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Tree removal and trimming
• Emergency tree services
• Tree health assessment
• Stump grinding
• General arborist services

Service Appointments

By scheduling our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your service needs
• Grant necessary access to your property
• Be present or available as required for service delivery
• Pay for services as agreed upon

Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as communicated during service scheduling.

Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However, you agree that:

• We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions
• You will inform us of any known hazards or concerns
• You will secure any pets or remove obstacles that might interfere with our work

Property Access and Work Area

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas where work is to be performed. This includes:

• Clear access to work areas
• Information about irrigation systems or other underground facilities
• Removal of vehicles or other items that might impede work

Warranty and Limitations

We warrant our workmanship and will address any issues brought to our attention within a reasonable timeframe. This warranty does not cover:

• Natural events or acts of nature
• Damage caused by third parties
• Issues arising from customer instructions contrary to our professional recommendations

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
